Finding new ways to portray common species is a passion of mine and a way to create something distinctive. By getting low and using a bokeh effect to soften the foreground and background, I waited for the precise moment a droplet of water fell from the swan’s beak after feeding. Capturing that little detail was exactly what I hoped for, and I am very grateful to have achieved it.
